With more than 23 years of professional experience, Lisa Peddy-Frontaura has built a reputation for leading successful architectural projects throughout the region. She has directed over $180 million in completed construction across educational, civic, commercial, and financial markets overseeing projects of up to 50,000 square feet. Her comprehensive expertise includes programming, cost planning, technical documentation, and construction administration, allowing her to guide projects from concept through completion with confidence. Lisa is known for fostering strong relationships and delivering solutions that balance design excellence, functionality, budget, and schedule.

Megan Young-Isom brings more than 17 years of architectural experience leading projects that strengthen communities and serve diverse client needs. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the successful delivery of more than $180 million in completed construction across the financial, educational, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors. Megan's expertise spans the full architectural process-from programming and design through construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration. Known for her strategic project management, collaborative leadership, and attention to detail, she fosters strong partnerships among clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver thoughtful, high-performing projects on time and within budget.
Trinity Smith

Trinity Smith brings more than seven years of architectural design experience, combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation and visualization. As a BIM Specialist, she leads the firm's Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, design production, and digital workflows, helping projects progress efficiently from early concepts through comprehensive construction documentation. Trinity's expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and visual communication enables clients to better understand and engage with their projects long before construction begins. Currently advancing toward architectural licensure, she continues to expand her technical knowledge while driving the firm's commitment to quality, collaboration, and design excellence.

From early concepts through detailed design, we develop thoughtful solutions that balance function, aesthetics, budget, and long-term performance.
We prepare coordinated drawings and specifications that clearly communicate the design and provide the information needed for permitting, bidding, and construction.
We assist with contractor bidding, answer questions, evaluate proposals, and help clients navigate contractor selection and project award.
During construction, we work alongside the owner and contractor to review progress, respond to questions, review submittals, and help maintain the intent and quality of the design.
